Deep in the high-altitude mountains of Minas Gerais, Brazil, unique microclimates and volcanic soils converge to create a coffee profile unlike any other. Our beans are sourced exclusively from these protected regions, where tradition meets top-tier quality.

01. Selective Harvest

The journey begins in the high-altitude regions of Minas Gerais. Our smallholder partners hand-pick only the perfectly ripe cherries, ensuring a uniform sweetness and the highest potential for flavor development.

02. Artisanal Processing

Beans are processed using traditional methods that respect the fruit. Whether natural or pulped, meticulous drying on raised beds or patios allows the unique terroir of the Mantiqueira mountains to shine through.

03. Precision Roasting

Finally, we use precision roasting profiles to unlock the chocolatey and nutty notes characteristic of Minas Gerais specialty coffee. Each capsule is nitrogen-sealed immediately to preserve the peak aromatic profile for your cup.
