This Yellow Catuaí variety is naturally processed, allowing the coffee’s fruit qualities and natural sweetness to shine through. We roast it carefully to bring out a smooth, rounded cup with notes of toasted hazelnut, creamy white chocolate, and a gentle prune-like sweetness.
